Across diverse industries, including Aviation, EAI, Fintech, Manufacturing, Automotive, Blockchain, Medical, Health Tech, Real Estate, Hospitality, Education, and beyond, we serve as a strategic partner, empowering organizations with innovation and excellence.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 18pt; color: #0000ff;\"><b>Responsibilities and Duties:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take ownership of the Forex system technical architecture, gradually enabling GTS to master the core system and become a technical partner of the client.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Understand the overall design and architecture of the Forex system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Review solutions, source code, and estimations, ensuring non-functional requirements (security, performance, etc.) are met.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lead the technical roadmap in collaboration with the Account Lead and Delivery Manager.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mentor Tech Leads and senior developers to build internal technical capabilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participate in high-level technical discussions with clients and Japanese vendors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organize and monitor software development lifecycle such as approving documents and managing work, evaluating, and selecting software solutions, programming tools.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Technical Architect will be involved in all phases of the product development cycle including requirements analysis, conceptual design, project estimation, detailed design, software construction and deployment.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Technical Architect will also facilitate and lead the core development process as well as ensure proper interaction with existing or new technology.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Understanding and applying software architecture and application security.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Technical support, solving problems.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Research new software engineering technical and apply them to the projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perform other duties as requested by superiors.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 18pt; color: #0000ff;\"><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Associate&#8217;s graduate or higher majoring in information technology, computer science or related disciplines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8\u201310 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in an Architect or Tech Lead role.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Japanese language proficiency at N3 level or above.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certifications in software architecture or cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect). (If any).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">System architecture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">High-availability, security, and performance\u2013critical systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Backend systems and integration systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Understanding of financial systems \/ trading systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">System-level thinking and strong ownership mindset.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience working with Japanese clients, with patience and logical thinking.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have high-level of knowledge, masters programming language resources.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience in guiding proposals\/bids for technical solutions, estimates and resource plans.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Good teamwork spirit and a willingness to understand the various roles played by fellow team members.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to analyze \/ study new technical, new frameworks.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;
