The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business analysis principles, strong analytical skills, and a passion for digital product development \/ solution implementation. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our digital products meet market demands and drive business growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Analyze and interpret business needs, translating them into functional and non-functional specifications. Main PIC for writing documents such as PRD, FRS, process mapping, workflow, etc follow standard template of SkyJoy Product team<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participate in all SCRUM events such as product backlog grooming, sprint planning, review sessions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Support QA teams in developing test cases and scenarios, take part in UAT process to verify and to ensure solutions meet business requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Identify and analyze existing business processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Involve in data analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into product performance and user behavior.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Work with Product Owner\/Product Manager to develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)\/success metrics of product lines\/Product features.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to stakeholders at various levels in meetings &amp; product briefing sessions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span class=\"rnc2Gd\">JOB REQUIREMENTS:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a B2C digital product, loyalty, card, or payment solutions for banks, fintech lenders, insurance or financial services firms.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Understanding of credit-card engagement, digital banking &amp; financial service processes, KYC\/AML controls, and how loyalty point liabilities are governed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Proficiency in business analysis techniques (e.g., SWOT, BPMN, etc) and tools (FigJam, DrawIO, Miro, Lark docs\/wiki or similar)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) is a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Familiarity with UX\/UI principles and digital product lifecycle is preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Certification in Business Analysis is a plus<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Personal Attributes:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A proactive, can-do attitude and agile mindset<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;
