Responsibilities and Duties:<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Lead the development team to ensure that assigned duties meet the business requirements and the company’s objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Build and manage a schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned, and completed on time.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client through clear communication patterns.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the entire process.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Identify, track, manage, prevent, and resolve any project issues that may occur.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Work directly with foreign customers.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Involved in the recruiting and training of project staff.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • At least 5 years of working experience in software development & from 1 year in project management, managing project with team size 10+ members.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Excellent Japanese speaking and writing skills equivalent to N2 or above.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience in detail design.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proven experience in project estimation, budget control, people management and risk management.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Good communication skills: can lead group discussions (public speaking), create teamwork orientated environment, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead attitude.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proven experience in scope definition, project estimation, quality management, resource management and\/or risk management.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of techniques and project management tools.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Excellent ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, teamwork, leadership, high adaptability, self-motivation, and able to inspire others.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Keep control on effort as Customer’s request.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Create plan of milestone\/stage reporting to Senior Manager, Customer.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Create plan of milestone\/stage reporting within project.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Create communication plan with Customer Create communication plan within project.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Create milestone\/stage report, quantitatively (Schedule, Quality, pending tasks).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Conduct milestone\/stage meeting periodically as planned.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Communicate project information as planned Directly interacts with customer to ensure that they are satisfied, and issues are promptly raised and address.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Keep control on Cost as Customer’s request.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
