Responsibilities and Duties:
- Primary technical liaison with Squad 2 vendor team during implementation.
- Platform administration training and certification completion.
- System configuration and customization execution alongside vendor.
- Post-implementation platform upgrades and maintenance ownership.
- SaaS model vendor relationship management and technical coordination.
- User access management and security administration.
- Platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Technical documentation creation and maintenance in local language.
- Emergency response and incident management coordination.
- Ongoing platform training delivery to internal users.
- Fluent in English language.
Your skills and experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in platform or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, system configuration, and user access management.
- Hands-on experience in system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Familiar with vendor coordination and incident management processes.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Fluent in English language.
