Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development, monitoring, and direct implementation of strategic projects, business initiatives, and partnerships with domestic and international partners.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and partners to ensure project progress, quality, and objectives are achieved in line with approved strategic directions.
- Consolidate and analyze information, prepare working materials, and produce reports to support leadership decision-making.
Job requirements:
- Strong strategic and business mindset, with the ability to view issues from a holistic perspective.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, especially in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Ability to work under high pressure; proactive, resilient, and committed to seeing projects through to completion (get things done).
- Preference for candidates with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience and a clear track record of managing and delivering strategic projects in previous organizations.
