Responsibilities:
This position serves as a senior expert responsible for shaping the strategic direction and technological development across the entire ecosystem: Real Estate – Finance – Banking – Marketplace – Operations. With a strong IT foundation and proven executive leadership experience, the role drives growth strategy, technology architecture, and modern PropTech business models to build competitive advantage and scale the organization.
- Shape the business development and technology strategy for the Protech division, integrating Properties financial models, digital products, operations, and data to drive sustainable growth. Serve as a strategic leader in building a modern, multi-service, secure digital financial ecosystem aligned with domestic and international market trends.
- Demonstrates strong business excellence acumen, with real world achievement and ability to translate strategy into operational execution, drive performance, and deliver results.
- Define the long-term (5–10 year) technology vision and growth strategy for the Group’s PropTech ecosystem; develop the Technology Blueprint, Digital Transformation Roadmap, and unified architecture for data, operations, and security.
- Build and govern a cross-industry Enterprise Architecture covering Cloud, Microservices, Data Platforms, APIs, DevOps, and Security, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost optimization.
- Lead the development of key PropTech platforms and products, including Property Marketplace, AVM & AI Recommendation engines, Real Estate CRM & Sales Suite, eKYC – eContract – Payment Hub, Property/Facility Management systems, Community App, IoT – Smart Building – Smart Home solutions.
- Drive adoption of 3D/VR/AR, Digital Twin, GIS, and BIM technologies for real estate marketing, sales, and project management.
- Integrate PropTech – Finance – Fintech through financial solutions such as Mortgage, Buy Now Pay Later, Lending Platforms, Investment Platforms, and Loyalty & Payment Ecosystems; establish unified data and service integration standards across the ecosystem.
- Design enterprise-level architecture for financial and banking systems: Core Banking, Digital Banking, eKYC, Payment, Anti-Fraud, Credit Scoring; and promote Open Banking/Open API models.
- Apply AI/ML across valuation, customer personalization, behavioral analytics, financial scoring, risk management, and fraud detection.
- Research and implement emerging technologies such as Blockchain/Web3 for property transactions and asset tokenization (when applicable), Big Data, Customer 360, and Real-time Data Platforms.
- Advise CEO/CTO/Board of Directors on technology investments, evaluate PropTech –Fintech – Real Estate industry trends, and shape new business models to build long-term competitive advantage.
- Manage and coordinate engineering, data, and product teams; mentor internal talent and manage external partners.
- Assess market solutions, select vendors, and oversee implementation of large-scale digital transformation and ecosystem architecture projects.
Job requirements:

- Minimum 12–15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in senior roles such as Architect, CTO, Principal Expert, Chief Strategy Officer, or CEO in technology, real estate, or fintech.
- Deep understanding of PropTech and the full real estate value chain: marketplace, CRM & sales systems, PM/FM platforms, community apps, IoT – smart building, and operational solutions.
- Strong background in Banking/Fintech/Proptech: core banking, lending, digital banking, payments, eKYC, risk & fraud systems, open banking, and scoring models.
- Solid knowledge of modern architecture: Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Microservices, Kubernetes, Event-driven Architecture, API Gateway, IAM/Security Architecture, DevOps/SRE, Big Data/Data Lake/Data Warehouse, streaming data processing.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to design integrated PropTech – Fintech business models and lead rapid-scale business expansion.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital transformation for large multi-industry organizations.
- Strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams, excellent vendor management, and outstanding communication and presentation skills for working with senior executives.
- Preference for candidates with experience at major corporations in real estate, banking, fintech, technology, or multi-sector digital platforms.
