Responsibilities:
The Senior PMO plays a key role in managing and delivering large-scale, complex projects and programs across Galaxy Holdings’s diversified ecosystem, including BFSI, aviation, real estate, healthcare, education, and digital initiatives.
This position is responsible for ensuring effective project governance, execution discipline, risk management, and stakeholder alignment, contributing directly to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives with significant business impact.
1. Project & Program Delivery
- Lead and manage assigned strategic projects and programs from planning through execution and closure.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with approved scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Drive execution rigor and resolve delivery challenges across cross-functional teams.
2. PMO Governance & Standards
- Apply and continuously improve PMO frameworks, methodologies, tools, and reporting standards across projects.
- Establish and maintain clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Ensure transparency and consistency in project documentation and governance.
3. Stakeholder & Executive Coordination
- Act as a primary coordination point among business units, project teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and decision materials for leadership forums and steering committees.
- Demonstrate strong diplomacy, flexibility, and influence when managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
4. Risk, Issue & Change Management
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
- Drive mitigation actions and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
- Maintain effective control over project scope and delivery commitments.
5. Cross-Industry & Cross-Functional Execution
- Manage projects spanning multiple industries and functions, including Technology, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Compliance.
- Support initiatives involving large investments, complex dependencies, and multiple delivery partners.
6. Continuous Improvement & PMO Maturity
- Contribute to enhancing PMO maturity, delivery effectiveness, and best practices across the Group.
- Share insights, lessons learned, and improvement recommendations across project teams.
Job requirements:
1. Experience & Expertise
- 8–12 years of experience in PMO, project, or program management roles within large organizations or group-level environments.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex, and high-impact projects, preferably across BFSI, aviation, real estate, healthcare, education, or digital transformation domains.
- Experience with projects involving significant investment value is highly preferred.

3. Language & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related disciplines; MBA is a plus.
- Fluent in English (professional working proficiency).
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
