Responsibilities:
1. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare comprehensive management reports including financial performance, cash flow analysis, and budget variance reports.
- Support monitoring budget usage and cash flow management to ensure funding for business.
- Conduct regular variance analysis to identify and investigate deviations from budgets and financial forecasts and forecasts, recommending data-driven corrective actions.
- Review monthly expenses and prepare accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Overseeing and automating key financial reports and dashboards for operational departments.
- Ensure compliance by implementing and maintaining sound accounting practices aligned with company policies and local regulations.
- Analyze monthly variances in Gross Profit and operating expenses, providing valuable insights.
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from management and Group Finance.
2. Financial Planning:
- Support FP&A Manager to control budgets, guaranteeing alignment between sales, costs, and agreed-upon targets.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process by coordinating the preparation of cost center budgets
Job requirements:
1. Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a high-growth environment.
- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, reporting and financial analysis.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management.
- Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy.
2. Skills:
- Fluency in both spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SQL, PowerPoint) is essential, with knowledge of SAP a plus.
- Prior experience implementing financial systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
