Responsibilities:
The Securities Advisory Expert is a strategic, consultative, and business-oriented role that acts as a bridge between clients, business teams, and technology teams. The position is responsible for advising, designing, and proposing technology-enabled solutions, systems, and products that drive business growth, market expansion, and superior client experience, while ensuring operational stability, security, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a strong business-driven mindset, leveraging technology as a value creation and growth enabler, rather than a purely technical function.
1. Solution Consulting & Business Enablement
- Shape the business development and technology strategy for the Securities division, integrating Securities models, digital products, operations, and data to drive sustainable growth. Serve as a strategic leader in building a modern, multi-service, secure digital financial ecosystem aligned with domestic and international market trends.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients (internal and/or external) in identifying business needs and proposing appropriate securities solutions.
- Analyze business challenges related to revenue, scale, operational efficiency, and customer experience to design technology-enabled solutions.
- Ensure proposed solutions deliver clear commercial value, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and market expansion.
- Demonstrates strong business excellence acumen, with real world achievement and ability to translate strategy into operational execution, drive performance, and deliver results.
2. Technology-Enabled Solution Design
- Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Operations teams to design solutions related to:
- Core Trading Systems, OMS/EMS
- Digital trading platforms (Web/Mobile)
- Account management, client data, and reporting systems
- Ensure solutions meet requirements for performance, stability, scalability, and information security.
- Balance business needs, technology feasibility, and regulatory compliance.
3. Client Engagement & Advisory Excellence
- Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to provide end-to-end solution advisory.
- Build long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor, not just a solution seller.
- Present and articulate solutions clearly and persuasively, aligned with clients’ business objectives.
4. Operational Readiness & Compliance
- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure solutions are operationally ready and fit for business use.
- Ensure compliance with regulations issued by the State Securities Commission, Stock Exchanges, and VSDC.
- Participate in risk assessment and quality control before and after solution deployment.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in securities, financial services, fintech, or financial technology solutions.
- Experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, business analysis, or product consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of securities business and operational models.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to design solutions based on commercial value.
- Excellent client engagement, communication, and advisory skills.
- Solid understanding of trading systems and financial technology platforms.
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
