Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure the assigned tasks to be performed on time and of high quality.
- Review and clarify requirements.
- Work closely with the development team to develop, maintain and execute manual test cases.
- Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect tracking system.
- Update test documents (Test plan, test design, test cases, test report).
- Estimate testing activities.
- Open and verify bugs.
- Communicate directly with team and customers about issues or problems.
- Manage workload and provide coaching for junior QC members.
- Prepare test data and environment as needed to complete testing assignments.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or relevant.
- Over 5 years of working experience in testing web and mobile applications.
- Experienced as a QC Lead level.
- Proficient in using various testing tools.
- Strong English communication skills, capable of interacting proficiently with clients.
- Knowledge in the Logistics/Warehouse management/ERP system domain is an advantage.
- Strong soft skills: quick adaptability, proactive, independent, detail-oriented, meticulous.
- Strong experience with test plan, test design, built method test.
- Good knowledge of software testing process and testing methodologies.
- Be able to learn/self-investigate new knowledge.
- Good at time management and logical thinking.
