Job Description:
- Participate in managing, coordinating, and monitoring the progress of projects in the telecommunications/science & technology field.
- Coordinate with other departments to review, appraise, and ensure legal compliance throughout the entire project lifecycle (contracts, legal dossiers, compliance with state regulations).
- Prepare, check, and archive legal documents related to projects: contracts, appendices, memorandums of understanding (MoUs), cooperation agreements, etc.
- Support the negotiation of legal terms in contracts with partners and suppliers.
- Monitor and assess legal risks during project implementation; propose preventive and remedial solutions.
- Support in reporting progress, preparing meeting minutes, and compiling project data for Management.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and the legal department, ensuring compliance and implementation efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law/ Legal Studies; preference for candidates with knowledge or experience in project management in the technology, telecommunications, or data fields.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Legal Executive/Legal Officer.
- Knowledge of Commercial, Civil, and Investment law, especially in the technology & telecommunications sector.
- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and legal risk identification capabilities.
- Good time management, work organization, and team coordination skills.
- Preference for candidates proficient in legal English and experienced in drafting and reviewing contracts in English.
- Proficient in office software and project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.).
