Responsibilities and Duties:
The Program Manager (Senior Manager) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a group of related projects (program) to ensure alignment with business strategy and successful delivery of intended benefits.
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects within the program.
- Track and ensure realization of program benefits.
- Manage senior stakeholders and communicate program status, risks, and outcomes.
- Oversee program governance, standards, and reporting in collaboration with PMO.
- Manage program budget, resources, and dependencies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and issues.
- Support and coach Project Managers.
- Ultimately responsible for the success of projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
- 8 + years of project management experience, including 3+ years as Program Manager.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
- Proficient in project/program management tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project).
- PMI-ACP/PMP/ PgMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Good in Report Skill.
- Good in English in both communication & writing.
