Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Be responsible for meeting our annual sales targets with partners; designing strategic sales plans and assessing costs and competition.
  • Leading and motivating staff to improve customer service with clients.
  • Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.
  • Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
  • Planning various types of training and career development for employees.
  • Perform other duties as requested by superiors.

Your skills and experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.
  • At least five years in a similar role.
  • Has experience working in an IT company, IT Industry.
  • Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
  • Excellent knowledge of business, financial services, insurance.
  • Strong partnerships network.
  • Must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning Business departments, should be able to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset.
  • Interpersonal skills: organize, communicate and interact with a company’s people daily.
  • Leadership skills: oversees a company’s staff and operations, guide employees on workplace relations and employment matters.
  • Decision-making skills: make decisions that can affect an entire company and its employees as well as hiring decisions that lead to productive teams.
  • Organization skills: must handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks, are also responsible for maintaining a large amount of data and paperwork.
  • Public speaking and communication skills: must communicate company policies and decisions clearly and with authority, often give presentations to employees and lead company meetings.
  • Teamwork: collaborate with the company’s other managers, should be able to work well with colleagues during meetings, on projects and when making decisions.
  • A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
