Job Description:
- Receive, consult, and introduce products suitable for customer needs through channels such as: call center, email, website, etc.
- Resolve inquiries and handle complaints related to the process of using products/services or the service quality of HD Bank.
- Fully record requests from customers and forward them to relevant departments or update them in the system according to the correct procedures.
- Summarize and report customer feedback in order to improve service/product quality.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager and according to each work phase; must accept working 24/7 rotating shifts.
Job Requirements:

- Age: 20 – 35 years old.
- Education Level: High school diploma or higher.
- No experience required (on-the-job training will be provided).
- Good communication skills, clear pronunciation (no local dialect).
- High sense of responsibility, hard-working, willing to learn, and good listening skills.
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts.
- Basic English is an advantage (not required)
