Job Description:
The CEO / Managing Director – AI is the executive leader of Galaxy AI, responsible for defining the vision, strategic direction, end-to-end operations, and commercialization of AI products and services across the entire Galaxy Group ecosystem. This role combines technology leadership and business management, with the mission to transform AI into a new growth engine, strengthen competitive advantage, and deliver sustainable economic value for the Group.
1. AI Strategy & Development
- Define the long-term vision, strategy, and organizational model for Galaxy AI over 3–5–10 years.
- Set strategic technology priorities, including AI platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), Applied AI, Generative AI, Computer Vision, Predictive AI, and related domains.
- Develop AI product portfolios and enterprise-wide AI-driven digital transformation roadmaps for group companies.
- Demonstrates strong business excellence acumen, with real world achievement and ability to translate strategy into operational execution, drive performance, and deliver results.
2. Technology & AI Product Leadership
- Approve and oversee the overall architecture of: AI Platforms/ Data Platforms & Big Data/ MLOps, AI Security, AI Governance/ Foundation Models or domain-specific AI models (finance, real estate, commerce, etc.)
- Lead teams to build strategic AI products, including: AI assistants and next-generation chatbots/ Personalization and recommendation engines/ Scoring, risk assessment, and fraud detection systems/ Computer Vision, Voice AI, and industry-specific LLM applications
3. AI Capability & Team Building
- Design and scale the AI organizational structure, including: AI Research, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, MLOps, and AI Product teams.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier AI talent (AI Scientists, Researchers, ML Engineers, etc.).
- Establish a culture of innovation, scientific rigor, model quality standards, and AI risk management.
4. Operations & Governance
- Own full P&L responsibility for the AI business.
- Develop budgeting plans, optimize costs, and ensure strong ROI for AI investments.
- Ensure stable and secure operation of AI platforms, complying with data security, privacy, and AI governance standards.
- Manage AI-related risks, including bias, privacy, ethics, security, and regulatory compliance.
5. Business Development & AI Commercialization
- Define target markets and business models for AI offerings, including: SaaS / AI Platforms/ AI-as-a-Service/ AI Consulting & System Integration
- Lead Go-to-Market strategies for AI solutions.
- Expand enterprise customers across industries such as real estate, finance, banking, commerce, logistics, and services.
- Identify and develop domestic and international business opportunities.
6. International Partnerships & Advanced Research
- Build strategic partnerships with global Big Tech and AI leaders such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, NVIDIA, OpenAI, Anthropic, and others.
- Collaborate with research institutes, universities, and deep-tech startups.
- Coordinate advanced AI research programs aligned with the Group’s strategic direction.
- Represent the Group at technology conferences, AI forums, and industry events.
- Act as a strategic AI advisor to the Board of Management and member companies.
- Report regularly to the Board of Directors on AI strategy, performance, and future direction.
Job Requirements:
- 12–15+ years of experience in technology, with at least 5 years in senior executive leadership roles.
- Proven experience in building and operating AI models, AI Labs, Data Platforms, or AI products within large organizations.
- Deep expertise in: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLMs/ AI architecture, MLOps, Data Engineering/ Cloud computing and AI infrastructure (GPU, distributed training)/ AI governance, data governance, and security
- Experience in Big Tech, AI companies, Fintech, PropTech, or diversified conglomerates is a strong advantage.
- Strong strategic mindset in applying AI to business growth and operations.
- Proven ability to lead highly specialized technical and product teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with senior executives and international partners.
- Innovative, decisive, and capable of solving complex strategic challenges.
- Long-term vision and pioneering mindset in AI.
- Data-driven decision-maker; proactive and results-oriented.
- Strong passion for technology, scientific thinking, and creativity.
