Responsibility
This role plays a crucial part in the Operations team and is primarily responsible for day-to-day loyalty operations, specifically on partner relating services.
• Onboard new partners and oversee the entire process until the partners go live.
• Set up campaigns and promotions for the SkyJoy program and its partners.
• Responsible for the system configuration of assigned partners or campaigns, including but not limited to: understanding business strategies, translating partner/business requirements into executable rules, coordinating with vendors, setting up sponsors, configuring offer rules in the loyalty system, conducting UAT testing, and monitoring post-live implementation to ensure accuracy.
• Handle daily and monthly reconciliation with partners, including generating reports and following up with partners until confirmation is completed.
• Assist partners with inquiries or issues and provide timely support.
• Manage escalations related to partners from Customer Service, internal teams, and other channels.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve system issues or find alternative solutions to support business operations, partners, and members.
• Work closely with other departments (Commercial, Finance, Data, Product, etc.) to troubleshoot partner-related issues, propose solutions and preventive measures, and ensure an optimal experience for both partners and members while maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Continuously enhance understanding of the loyalty system and stay updated on new features to adapt to evolving business initiatives. Participate in system release testing and verification.
• Contribute to the development of new processes or procedures and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Follow up on payment progress and related documentation with vendors.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by management as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum one year of work experience in operations, partner/customer service, product, or project management, preferably with experience in e-commerce or loyalty programs.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Proactive and responsible, with a positive working attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to handle confidential information and documents.
