Responsibility

• Product Discovery:
  • Responsible for a validated outcome-based product backlog.
  • Build the product vision / strategy / objective / goals / outcome-based roadmap & communicate to the team.
  • Create a compelling and inspiring vision for its product (also and flawless strategies to reach its goals)
  • Tackle the various risks (value, usability, feasibility & business viability) with prototypes to determine the necessary product.
  • Problem solves within constraints that truly exist; else breakthrough constraints that do not actually exist.
  • Make data-driven decisions when possible but fall back on good intuition when data is not available.
  • Assess competition by comparing existing products on the market.
• Product Development:
  • Responsible for a production‐quality technology product, specific in domain of Loyalty Point & Payment, Co-branded card engagement.
  • Define outcome-based roadmap based on the product strategy & objective compromising with top-line requirements from BOM/Heads level.
  • Align with other stakeholders / departments for final Product / Technical solution.
  • Maintain & prioritize the product roadmap items.
  • Plan new features and changes to a product follow our Product Development Process while establishing the related acceptance criteria.
  • Create/oversee development & project management process.
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative data from the market and from end users (and use them to make better decisions).
  • Work with Business team to deeply understand the business needs/constraints/opportunities.
  • Working with BA, Product Designer, & Tech team on building a prototype for idea testing on usability/feasibility/value/business-viability testing.
  • Conduct Product briefing session for all new product features.
  • Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
  • Product launching collaboration – time to market (product sales forecasts & analysis), legal-related, marketing, finance, etc.
  • Inspire and enthuse colleagues and users of the product.
• Product Delivery support & Product Monitoring:
  • Responsible for team backlog, implementation & working with Dev team & Project PIC to commit on the release plan.
  • Development project planning & prioritizing while optimizing the value of the dev team’s work.
  • Plan and prioritize development activities based on system, available resources, business goals, and end-user impact.
  • Monitor & track new features, analyze what features need to be improved.
  • Define iteration and stories. Accepts iteration increments.
  • Establishes story acceptance criteria; accept the stories into the baseline.
  • Drive iteration goals and content via prioritized stories.
  • Vendor Manageme.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working as a Product Manager, have experience on domain of Loyalty Point & Payment Solution, Authentication/Identity Service, User Profile Management & eKYC solution.
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Have good speaking/writing skills in English.
• Ability to influence, be organizational & good at time management.
• Good listener – able to take unexpected feedback.
• Agile, Scrum, Squad experience
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Experience in communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Creative, visionary, strategy-mindset.
• Customer-centric mindset – Know the users better them her/himself.
• Smart – intellectually curious, quickly learning and applying new technologies to solve problems for customers, to reach new audiences, or to enable new business models.
• Share-minded – Share your knowledge openly and generously.
• Ability to work effectively with BA & Product Designer & Developer.
• Digital Product Startup Experiences is a plus.
• UX/UI designing & code programming experience is a plus.
