Description

Responsibility

The PMO Specialist is responsible for the overall monitor and works closely with PM to ensure that all projects are aligned with Business strategy, delivered on time, within budget, process compliant, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
• Manage the project portfolio, including the prioritization and allocation of resources in BU to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement a governance framework to ensure that all projects adhere to established standards and procedures.
• Update & monitor the running process.
• Audit: Conduct regular audits to make sure all projects follow the process.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure every employee is trained / introduced about the process(es) and provide courses about important or updated knowledge: e.g. Agile, Scrum.
• Perform other duties as requested by superiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
• Certification of PMP.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivering large-scale projects.
• Experience managing project budgets and schedules.
• Must handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks, are also responsible for maintaining a large amount of data and paperwork.
• Must communicate company policies and decisions clearly and with authority, often give presentations to employees and lead BU meetings.
• Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
• Interpersonal skills: organize, communicate, and interact with a company’s people daily.
• A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
